Very beginner friendly and if you are patient and thorough you will get pretty strong yields. This tek is simply easy to understand and no B.S. If you don't get the results you like you didn't do it right. The salt is a real game changer as far as yield and ease of extraction.

I just did my first extraction using this tek. It was easy to follow and my yield was 2%.
(note: I deviated slightly by adding 3 freeze cycles before adding vinegar)
