Btw, I’m switching my powerlifts from 3-4day supercomp periodization to every 8hrs (not that a lift is always available 3 times a day but still). I’m very excited for this.

Per muscle group it’s 10x(10sON-50sOFF) 3x per day or about 10min for the muscle group, according to how the scientists did it. I am not sure how I will warm up, but I am curious to see whether doing very light volume ME every 8 hrs keeps you warmed up and flexible. For my stretching, every 8hrs is how I’ve always done it.
