Common sense... such a loaded term.
Ain't no way I'm putting this shit in my nose considering how my tongue still feels after taking my first dose over thirty minutes ago.
It works though.
Yerba Maté is good from time to time. Nicotine gum / patches work fine with seldom use.
I'd like to try Voacanga seeds. They supposed to be uplifting with a good introspection effect.
I have a kuripe. I love it. I feel inclined to rinse my sinuses after though.
I do enjoy yerba, but with a lot of beverages, aside from Redbull, I don't focus any better and still have a desire to be asleep.
Let me know if you ever get your hands on those (and I suppose I should do the same if I come across them). I've also heard good things.
@northape inositol does have some legit uses, at least for women. My girlfriend has PCOS and inositol has really helped her with many symptoms for years (it's also well established for that use, check examine.com ). The drawback is that the doses needed are high, around 8g. But yeah, for many other supposed uses, I think no haha
@blig-blug I see. Inositol & Choline are more like vitamins, imo. Caffeine, Nicotine, Huperzine A leaning towards nootropics.
Huperzine A is a nice supplement and the safest of them all, but it gives focus, not energy.
