Despite how I see myself, I apparently put out good vibes. Ima lean on that.

1. Harmalas, DMT, Changa: AS NEEDED; SMOALK MOAR.
2. CBD & CBG: As needed.
3. Rue: All day, er'ryday (at least once a day).
4. Cannabis: Sparingly.
5. Microdose: Every other day.
6. Breath: Breath Deep.

36 years later I've learned that I must focus on being more assertive and less of a pushover from trying to be "good," "honest," and "sacrificial," putting myself aside... I'm disappointed
