Removing excess HCl from cacti alkaloids
When salting cacti alkaloids from toluene, it was thought that 0.1 mM (millimolar) HCl was being used. Turns out it was actually 0.1 M. Re-X / water wash problem - help needed!
I was just in the process of doing the re-x and water wash of my first DMT extraction, and this happened (see pic). Is there a way to fix this?
