13-Year-Old Makes Solar Power Breakthrough by Harnessing the Fibonacci Sequence
I just thought this was too cool not to share with you guys.
So anyone who is planning on adding a solar array, you might want to re-think how you arrange the panels. I have a bunch of mini panels that I can play around with. This seems like a fun little project.
I would assume that the same principles could be applied to antennas as well. In one of the fractal documentaries I watched (I don't remember which one) they said that most of the breakthroughs in cell phone technology came from switching over to fractal based antennas. I've always thought it was cool how plants incorporate fractals and the fibonacci sequence. They are definitely sending and receiving something.
