150mg mescaline trip

last night i took aprox 150 mg of a semi crystalline brown san pedro extrct at 9pm. within 1 hour i felt slight effects and dismessed them for placebo then at the 1.45 hour mark i ate some pizza and defanatly began to feel effects i mildly tripped all night till about 3am. it was quite strange and id like to dig deeper i have 300mg left and this pull is much more sparkly. just wanted to post that this small of a dose is active as ther are not many trip reports on low doses. it was very wierd at 12 i visited my girlfriend who lives quite close and i felt that she was not herself probly because i was not myself this is the first psychoactive ive taken in many years besides DMT overall it was a nice experience with little to no visuals only visual disturbances everything very blurry and other times very clear. like i said id like to dig deaper. i aquired them threw a STB tek and nxt time would like to use A/B wish i had more cactus to play with lol

Thanks for your brief report. 100mg of pure mescaline would be a very small dose for me. I would be feeling some effects (better mood, clearer mind, but absolutely no CEVs etc.). James Fadiman et al were giving 200mg of pure mescaline to hardcore scientists for them to solve technical problems (a very interesting /and old/ psychological experiment, since all previous experiments were done on "experienced" subjects who inclined towards art/humanities rather than science). They had some interesting results, problems solved, new innovations etc. I also found lower doses of mescaline (100-200mg) to facilitate brillantly clear mind being able to focus on a problem and to "solve" it from an unexpected perspective.

I agree with you that you should aim for 300mg next time. It would be a "medium dose" for an experienced traveller, I would say. Good luck!

ya id like to experience some type of visuals because frankly i believe they are beautifull i also hadnt eaten for 2 days till the pizza. i feel like it was a good re intoduction to my spiritual exploration as like i said i havnt taken a long lasting psychadelic for a really really long time due to the fact it is just not available anymore and i had actually become afraid for a while to trip mainly because of all the RCs but after experemiting with DMT for the past few months id like to experience more natural self produced things. to bad LSD is basically disapeared at least were i am i feel like all of the substances around lately are untrustable and mostly RCs. dont get me wrong as LSD was once a research chemical but from what i read alot of these new imposters popping up seem to be less spiritual and more mind dulling. i truly feal the safest way and the only way to do any type of psych is to have produced it yourself that way you can know a little more of what were getting into.
i also have some lophophora and am wondering how much to eat i mean all the information ive read says to eat quite a bit of buttons are they really sugesting eating 8 3-4 inch peyotes that seems nuts lol have you ever eaten peyote? the ones i have are aprox 15 years old and i have a nice amount were i could eat some and still cultivate them. thanks for replying

For some people (myself included), extracted mescaline is not that much a visual psychedelic. I don´t get much of CEV/OEV even at the range of 500mg. For me, mescaline is rather a "cognitive" (mental) thing. Mushrooms however, are extremely visual for me.

Sounds like a good introduction to mescaline. I imagine the next time with a larger dose you are in for a treat. SWIM likes the 400-500mg range, and usually has many visuals.
