First time:

T+0min - Took 250mg harmala alkaloids (HCl salt) in capsules
T+10min - Took 300mg DMT fumarate salt in capsules

SWIM felt the mixed harmala alkaloids, but not the DMT. Very little if any tryptamine hallucinations and no purge.

Second time:

T+0min - Took 300mg harmala alkaloids (HCl salt) dissolved in grapefruit juice
T+35min - Took 350mg DMT fumarate salt dissolved in grapefruit juice

SWIM felt... wow... words cannot explain. Violent purge followed by vivid hallucinations similar to vaporized freebase. Wow, what a difference.

So what happened the first time is the DMT must have been broken down by MAO before the harmala alkaloids had the chance to inhibit.

The second time the DMT was taken after the MAO had been inhibited, and wow is all I can say about the effects of that.

Lasted a good 8 hours.
