2g of Rue in capsules and 20mg of DMT - Sound good?

I would sure as hell feel something from that dose..it would not be strong or anything and might not even get visual..though even at that sort of dose I have had very faint geometric visuals at times.

everyone is differena and some people are much more tolerant to DMT than others. Some will feel 20mg of DMT..others wont. No big deal..you can always take more next time.

If you are walkign around and trying to feel it, than you might just be too distradcted to get into that sort of a dose. Just put on really mellow beautiful music and lay in bed..that sort of a dose can be very somatic for me and helps me tune into my own energy really well..It can be great for that and healing in that way. Great for meditation and once you can learn to tune into such light doses, yoga as well. It is more empathic at that sort of dose.

It is a good way to get to know the medicine.

Also another thing to consider is that maybe getting sick is just a part of doing it.. I have not had a pharma experience yet where i did not feel nausea at some point. Just something to keep in mind. Personally I would not dose that low, but I tend to be a heavy head with things. Nothing is wrong with starting low so you have a better idea of what to expect.

Yes, I have never done DMT of any kind. I don't have a pipe or anything to smoke it in. I am more comfortably taking it orally. I have never smoked anything in my life, so I am hesitant to vap it for that reason. With that said, I definitely want to vap it one day to experience it.

I do a lot of mushrooms and I usually go pretty high, around 7 grams and I love it. So I think I could probably handle a higher dose of DMT, but I just don't know for sure.

2g of rue is a low dose...for most people I think 2g of rue is enough to activate DMT though..but the rue wont necessarily get visionary at that dose. To model a jungle brew with rue you need at least 5g I would think and even like 10g..but dont do that to start.

If you think you want an experience that is moderate..than maybe try 2-3g of rue(no more) and maybe 40mg of DMT..I am more sensitive to the admixture so 40mg of DMT for me with enough rue can be quite powerful and I have actaully broken through with doses of DMT like that when I have alot of harmalas in me..so dont go over 3g of rue to start.

Brewing is a sort of art. It would be rare to get it down the first try. It takes practice, trial and error to learn to make well rounded brews consistantly. So no rush..just take you time and enjoy the process.

Hey Jamie, just to be clear, I wasn't going to do a brew/tea because I was reading that Rue Tea is extremely horrible and hard to get down. That is why I was going to try the capsule method because you don't have to taste anything. I think I might bump it up to 40mgs of DMT though.

I would like to try a rue/caapi brew/tea, but like you said, I have no idea what they taste like and I don't know how hard it is to actually swallow the stuff. I guess I can just go ahead and make a brew one night and try it.

Oh yeah, how critical is it that you fast and/or don't eat for a long time before you do the Pharma?

I was planning on doing it tonight, but I am starving right now.

Diet is not really much of a factor with pharma. I always eat lightly on days I do pharma (going tonight!) : a fried tortilla with 2 eggs, 2 bananas and 1 apple are what I've had today, and I probably will eat another fruit two hours before hand. I don't starve myself before hand, I like to have something in me just in case I purge (only when I add too much DMT do I throw up, but the rear purge for me is always there. I'm always like, did I really have all that clogged up the works?) .

And just an FYI: I use 4 gms Rue in capsules and never get sick from it, maybe the slightest nausea initially, but it passes very quickly. I've also tried rue tea and didn't think it tasted bad at all, not for all the hype built around it. It's earthy. Caapi tea, though, UHHGGG, I shiver just thinking about drinking that stuff (great though it is, I just can't afford it) . I usually add 220-280 milligrams DMT, but don't even think about trying that for you first time. That's something to be worked up to.

Raw rue, ground up nice and fine and put into capsules is always nice and cleansing for me.

It seems that (at least for me) it's one of those things you have to allow your body to get used to.

Starting at around 2.5g - 3g and working up from there seems like a wise choice.

I don't know if it's just my body or if it happens to others, but I always feel a little drained the night of and the day after taking raw rue. Almost like an mdma hangover but not as bad. When working with purified harmalas, I never get that hangover feeling.

I do recommend a good dose of raw rue every once and awhile just for the cleaning aspects of it. It's worth the small toll on the body for me.

Taking it in capsules isn't too bad. You can eat some ginger or a few drops of essential lemon oil to combat any nausea. Putting a little bit of ground ginger in each cap usually isn't a bad idea but some would call it overkill.

As far as the dmt goes... Everyone is a little different. Like jamie said, if you're comfortable with the 7g range of mushrooms then you should be fine for a pretty hefty dose but working your way up slowly is definitely the way to go so that you can really dial in your sweet spot.

Harmala is a good, wholesome plant. Lots of people seem to be wary of him, but I'm not sure why. The traditions say that there are 99 angels in each leaf of this plant, so it must be ok. Maybe he's a bit rough around the edges, but I love him anyway. Don't be afraid of him! 3 grams is basically good, but I've gotten away with as little as 2.8 grams to inhibit MAO enough for Pharma. I like to take more like 3.5-4 with pharma. He seems to ground the experience and make it more biology-friendly than pure oral DMT. The beta carbolines are very good for humans I guess.

I've been encapsulating it lately. Just seems expedient.

As for your DMT dosage... I don't know if I would bother taking that dose orally... if you are wanting to test the waters with DMT and MAOI, vape 7-10 mg with 3.5 grams oral harmala. That's the way to feeel it out. Pharma is a 4 hour at least dedication... if you vape it it will be 10-20 minutes and so its more "toes in the water".

Actually, you are pretty normal. People who get strong experiences from 30-60mg are ultra sensitive, who likely would make up less than 5% of the people who are attracted to this sort of thing.

Your experiences with 100mg do not sound visionary. Most everyone needs 150-200mg to have visionary experiences.
