i think ur missing the boat here - aya requires a dmt containing plant and a maoi containing plant - both rue and caapi are maoi containing plants.

you can mix caapi + dmt plant or rue + dmt plant

u could get fx off plain caapi or rue but i dont think thats what ur looking for

imo the best mix would be caapi(banasteriopsis caapi) and chacruna(psychotria viridis)

the reason i chose those is because the caapi is much less intense on the body and it contains thh where rue is rough on you, tastes bad and has no thh. The p.viridis is a good dmt plant because of its alkaloid profile - no bufo or 5meo.

The above mentioned would be a traditional aya brew but one could also use plain mhrb as a jurema or mhrb(a lesser amount) + the maoi plant.
