69ron's tek HELP!! pics included

For the past couple of days I've been performing 69ron's tek with little no results. Everytime I evap in the food dehydrator I leave it over night and come back in the morning to a very hot glass dish with a slight brown film on it. Now I don't know if I'm burning the mescaline or what. But when I wash I just pour the acetone onto the glass dish and scrape off the film and decant VERY slowly and am left with little to no powder at the bottom. I've gone through 200 grams of powdered cacti and maybe yielded less than .1. What am I doing wrong? The products I use are: Distilled Water, Acetone (Klean-strip), 99% ISO, D-limo pure, Kalkwasser (?), Powdered cactus I've made myself and some bought from HP, Hydrochloric Acid from muriatic acid diluted to 10%. After everything I do three pulls from the D-limo and evap. The acetone just turns brown and there's nothing left in the dish. I have some cuttings from love leaf garden and am considering just doing House's tek or sunflower oil because so far I'm coming up with nothing and cactus isn't as cheap as it used to be

How long did you let the cactus mix and solvent sit together?
Did you measure pH of the cactus mix (maybe it was not basic enough, if so add more kalkwasser and repeat extraction)
Did you put the acetone in the freezer first (if there was water in the acetone it will absorb less mescaline when it's very cold)?
The surface area of that dish is not ideal to do a acetone wash. Better do it in a small vial so you can decant more precisely and see the mesc at the bottom of the vial. If you're not 100% sure your acetone is at least 99>% you better only clean it with IPA 99>%.
200 grams of dried cactus (if it's good quality) should contain at least about 1 gram cleaned. 100 mg yield is so low that you've probably done some of the steps wrong. I think the cactus mix was either not basic enough or didn't sit long enough in the solvent to absorb the freebase from the mix. You should at least let it sit overnight.
Also 10% Hcl is way too acidic. It'll work but the amount of junk you'll pull is unnecessary. Get some pH strips and get your pH of the acid water to 6. That's only a few drops of 10% Hcl on 100ml of water.

I would let the cactus mix and D-limo sit for around 12 hours each time. I never measured the pH of the mix. Do I need to put the acetone in the freezer prior to extraction? I used it at regular room temp. Am I suppose to evap the water containing the mescaline HCl in a vial or just scrape and transfer to the vial for washing? I will have to buy some pH strips then or a meter so I can measure this out on the next pull.

Gaia: It calls for two 20ml acetone washes and one 99% iso wash. And it looks like the picture above. Like a white crystal-like powder.
