HA HA HA! The taste is strong, like bitter nutmeg. I don’t mind the taste of nutmeg, but it this stuff is very STRONG tasting taken straight.My advice is don't re-dose. Wait at least 2 days before trying again. Re-dosing doesn’t really work with elemi oil, at least not for SWIM.
