I was referring to an earlier post that I think suggested one could simply refrigerate the mixture jar with clear elemized DMSO layer on bottom and yellowish oil layer on top ... the idea being that the DMSO layer would freeze at the ambient 40F (5C) temp, and one would then just pour off the top oil layer....no need for pipette.If not, is there a way for a tek using 100% pure DMSO work?
