i bougt %99.5 acetone. it writes 0.5 water in it. is it suitable for fasa ?

Yep, ime 0.5 will not be a problem 
Though if you open the bottle and store it for too long, I recommend drying it with magnesium sulphate, because it will absorb water from the air over time.

i can get magnesium sulphate. how can i use it for ipa and acetone ?
you can make dry iso and dry acetone by adding MgSo4 until it no longer goops up on the bottom and theres a discernable tumbling of small chunks....
be sure to use a dense cotton filter to remove the particulate salt that might cause you to poop
