RUN DMT
Greetings all...
I think its about time I get this Essay written and hopefully get a warm welcome into the Nexus.
I'm fortunate enough to live in an amazingly breathtaking country, I can literally walk for no more than 2 hours and find myself sitting on top of a rocky hill overlooking some ancient loch carved into the landscape during the last ice age by collosal glaciers. A land that spawns great men and women, heros, kings, inventors, scientists, musicians, authors and the list go's on. A country that instils great pride amongst its people... That country is Scotland, my country, our country, Gods country. Pardon the following, but.. I FUCKING LOVE SCOTLAND!!!
Right so, I guess that establishes where I'm from.
A few of you already know who I am on the Nexus, so much respect to you guys.. Good enlightened people are few and far between these days. So I consider myself lucky to call you my friends.
I reluctantly tell you all that I used to participate in the mindless consumption of shitty soul destroying substances, before psychedelics showed me the error of my ways (in the form of a healthy arse kicking). I look back on those days now and cringe. Have you ever woke up on monday morning and felt like you left your soul under the wheels of a double decker bus, only to get it sent back to you piece by piece, but never really get it all back?
Well I did.. all the time! I fear this would have went on if a good dose of mushrooms never battered me. The answers, tools were already there to iniceate change, however.. I doubt I'd have noticed if it weren't for psychedelics. Thus I was converted, the world was new again.. the old ways are forgotten.
So... "The Nursery" I believe this is an excellent way to sift through the unfortunate sleepy people to keep this place flourishing with likeminded travelers. On the other hand.. knowing that I am genuine and here for the same reasons you are, I find it frustrating to say the least. Sometimes I'll forget that the fascinating subject I'm reading isn't for a nursery dweller to respond to.. and to my disapointment, I find I cant discuss with my fellow travelers... Saying that though, good things come to those who wait eh.
Much love to the people of the Nexus x
Peace!
