I almost exclusively use DMT as a cluster headache/ migraine abortive medicine.
I dabbled a bit too much upfront and learned to show incredible respect for the spice.
Mushrooms work well but I have my reasons for not using them more often for this. The rather immediate and upfront action of nndmt just seems to lend itself more as an abortive than psilocybin in my case.
Something's I've noticed in my testing are as follows;
I can abort migraines and cluster headaches activity in sub 45 seconds closer to 30 from exhale. The migraine activity may return after 12+ hours but if it does usually it's much weaker.
I don't take the spice lightly, usually by the time I'm using it I'm at wits end and I'm incredible pain. Disability level pain. But when the spice hits it's like I get this profound wave of relief. The pain vanishes and tends to stay gone for some time. If the next attack comes on within the following few hours it's much more tolerable. Maybe a minor nuisance at worst like the migraines.
Now, the side effects I find both interesting and unusual.
Every time I come out of it I am absolutely famished. I mean I am starved and most of the time i'm craving high protein items. Red meats, dairy, eggs? This happens even if I've eaten before the dose.I see this as a plus because I usually struggle to eat when these cluster attacks come on.
After I come out of it I'm incredibly likely to be really tired, I mean I'll stuff my face and fall asleep almost at will.sometimes I don't have a say I'll just fall asleep shortly after the trip. This has been a helpful combatant for my really aggressive insomnia.
When I fall asleep post trip I have incredibly vivid and lucid dreams. Nothing abstract but legitimately tactile full sensory vivid dreams I can almost control. I remember becoming aware that I was dreaming once while I was having an unusual experience and deciding " nah, I don't like this dream let's do something else" and it changed them and there. Other times I've outright decided I didn't like where a dream was going and woke up just to go back to sleep and restart the rem cycle as to restart the dream cycle all over again like turning off the gaming system and turning it back on. When I say tactile I mean it's legitimately as real as life. I've had "relations" with others in my dreams that sincerely made me question reality when I woke up.
I know this stuff sounds... Weird.maybe questionable but I mean this is stuff I've experienced with the spice.
So I was curious. What do you use DMT for, how, and what kind of benefits do you gain from it besides the actual trip itself.
I honestly don't even really take enough to get visuals. At most I get a bit spacey and it does this all for me. I'm hoping to switch to changa soon to extend the working time of the trip in an attempt to see if I can force a prolonged remission. Usually this is a single day relief deal for me hence using it sparingly so as to not lose the effects and maximize my relief when I need it most.
Thanks for stopping by. Don't be a stranger. Even if you don't have anything in the topic feel free to say hi. Maybe we'll bump shoulders in the future
