That sentence is a good summing up of the picture I have in my head of the 'process' that is occuring in which we find ourselves in. I don't know if you're familiar with this TED talk or not but I like what this guy is doing with computation in order to most closely immitate how the universe has unfolded... As one person said on the TED website:" "Computational irreducibility of candidate universes" suggests a sort of DNA for all the universe as we know it - and it is this 'genome' he tries to reach through mathematics" <-- Now thats what I like to hear. And wolfram alpha looks like the next step towards A.I...


Also theres all the talk about the singularity, increased speed of development etc (and just general scientific advancements) which I'll try and bring up here and talk about occasionally if anyones interested.
