Welcome to the Nexus! It is always nice to hear that you were/are able to work with psychedelics to improve your daily life and overall well-being. It is sad that most of the modern world sees psychedelics as being inherently evil. Thankfully, there are places like MAPS doing psychedelic research everyday, paving the way for the rest of the world to see what psychedelics can truly do.As for bleeps, bloops, time loops, resistance, overwhelming feelings, bliss, and strange text/visuals, it all comes with the territory. There really is no getting used to the alien nature that is DMT, but its unique nature is what I find most intriguing. If you look around the forum, there are plenty of accounts (including my own) of trying to find ways to "let go" in order to be fully submerged within your experience. I like to take about 10 minutes or so to relax and focus on my breathing before taking the plunge. It may sound silly but sometimes I even prepare a little mantra such as, "Do what you will, I'm letting go" to convince myself that no matter what happens there, it can't physically harm me in any way and that I will eventually come back to my body. Resistance is only natural, but it can be managed. Just thinking about past experiences is enough to get my heart rate up a bit! :dAnyway, welcome once again and may you find what you are seeking here! Have a good day!PEACE
