A little help?

Hi again...

I've read conflicting reports on passion flower as an MAOI for DMT, some are for some are against.... my understanding it's more pleasant than the others, and I'm more than willing to try it, but the dosing is what confuses me. I would be getting the herb at a local herb store and both tincture and capsule are available...

This will be for Ayahuasca via Desmanthus Illineosis, so I venture guess I would take the passionflower ahead of time then drink.

I'm on no antidepressents nor any meds that will conflict with MAOI's.... Plan to fast for 24 hours prior to drink.

Would like this to be as pleasant as possible, then move to the big dogs after my first few times.....

There's an extensive thread about passionflower, perhaps you've taken a look there already?

With your herb store passiflora typically you'd be needing kilos of the stuff to obtain a worthwhile amount of harmala alkaloids - although some of the measured MAOI activity of the plant may come from other non-alkaloidal substances and it is not clear if these compounds would contribute towards the activation of DMT. Syrian Rue shouldn't be that difficult to track down and is essentially of guaranteed efficacy.
