Add 50g powdered Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark into the H20/NaOH solution

Place lid back on & swirl/roll contents until mixed together

Allow 24 hours for solution to break down cell walls & release DMT

you only need to do this for 2-4 hours

Add 75-100ml Naphtha to solution (Ronsonol) & place jar in a warm area for 24 hours

Ocassionally swirl, roll, turn upside down (don't shake) to mix contents

Ater 24 hours the Naphtha should have separated

once again you dont have to wait that long. but use less naptha; like you said should be 1:1 ratio so 50 ml

Remove saturated Naphtha (w/ eye dropper) into 300ml jar

flat head turkey baster works better. 

you have the right idea study for a little bit more, have you learned about jungle spice? from the left overs... i am still a noobie but i hope that helps; thats kinda what i know. i know a big wig will step in and help further and/or correct me, but good luck and have fun!
