Hi there, Australia really sounds like a rough place for drug users. I think part of their tough approach is because the country is self conscious of its image as a big prison . Kind of similar to Germany's urge to be amazing at everything because the country is self conscious of its one big fuck up in the past. Country-psychology, that's a new one?
