a wonderful journey through the cosmos...and some "negative" energy

So this is my first report in the forums and I'm excited to share
I should mention that I use psilicibyn mushrooms almost weekly for spiritual exploration and growth as well as marijuana on a daily basis for medical purposes. I also always use dmt after the sun has gone down and in my bed
Last night was my fifth trip...the first three were fairly low doses to test the waters and ease my nerves
The fourth time was a nice blast off where I met my spirit guides (at the time I thought they were aliens)
I first heard them talking to each other but they were talking about me
They said "look he's back" and then I saw them and they looked like two popsicle sticks (for lack of a better comparison)
They then spoke directly to me saying "there is so much more to it all, we can show you if you want to learn"
The first four times were all last year...the fourth time was so shocking/amazing/scary/intriguing that I had to seriously think about it and process it for months later
Last night I took a moderate dose (approx. 40mg) in 2 strong rips
I meditated on positive energies and feelings for a few minutes before smoking
As soon as a laid down I blasted off
I felt as though I was looking at the universe from the outside
Imagine a three dimensional star of David with at least 25 points that all rotated around like a rubick cube
It was shining and golden and full of code that was too fast for me to read plus it was in an ancient language
After seeing that I was transported to a place of unbelievably bright white light with golden edges
In the center of this light, I felt the presence of an amazingly powerful being who couldn't be seen
At this point I became very overwhelmed and questions/thoughts began racing through my head in almost a panicked manner
This is when I heard those same voices as in my fourth experience
I couldn't see them this time but they told me "don't worry we are here to guide you and we won't let anything happen to you"
At this point I felt overwhelming joy and love along with hands caressing my head and arms in a soothing manner
Soon after this I noticed a dark energy hovering by the foot of my bed and it would wrap around the side
Not only could I see it but I could feel it and it was negative
I basically did my best to ignore it while asking my guides to watch over me
I enjoyed the place of bliss for a bit longer before slowly returning home
I had a wonderful afterglow and recieved a great boost of energy and motivation
I processed my experience last night and this morning and discussed it with others

Nice report! As I always say, dark energy is not the enemy, embrace it, go through it, so you can let go of it.

Your 3-dimensional star of david sounds like the merkaba. Perhaps you should look more into it and see if it makes that part of the experience make any more sense.

I've been to the white light with golden edges. It's just absolutely transcendental. I'm happy you managed to get so much out of it. Your report is well written.

Autumn: my girlfriend had been having nightmares and feeling negative energies all this week and seeing it freaked me out so we smudged with sage last night and instantly the air was much lighter and good energy was flowing freely so hopefully it has been taken care of.
Global: I have never in my life heard of the merkaba, I googled it,,saw the image, and started laughing/crying...thank you so much...now I have something very interesting to research.
And I do appreciate the complement on my report, I try to be very detailed as I am using this as a journal of sorts

Ultraviolence, in my humble opinion negative energy is not something you need to take care of or to magically chase away - it is something you need to go through, in order to let go. Freedom through pain not from it. Whatever you resist persists, whatever you fight you strengthen.

It was actually very odd to me as I had never smudged before. My girlfriend and I meditated while listening to our favorite healing sounds cd. We meditated through the first song and started to smudge on the second. As soon as I lit the sage, a nasty static started coming through the speakers and got progressively worse. This static was so loud that it took place of the music, and came to an abrupt stop once we had "trapped" the energy in the smoke. As soon as we aired out the house...the mood and energy was immediately lifted. I have always been a skeptic of that sort of thing but I'm a believer now. It was a bad energy associated with the house rather than ourselves and was mostly annoying. I fully agree that dark energies during a trip are nothing to run from but when they start to affect your everyday life, its time for them to leave. We told it to leave our house and it did...I haven't blasted off since as I've still been digesting and researching the last tome.

I too have found in my DMT experiences that the negative energy is the very fuel of transformation.

As far as the negative energy is concerned, it wasn't brought on by the dmt, it was a part of the house and it actually distracted me a bit from the trip. I've had negative energies brought on by trip and also some trips that were "bad" all around and I agree the do offer great healing and growth.
