There is really not a hierarchy here, it's simply newcomers, and everyone else.  We are somewhat democratic here, and suggestions or complaints from any member are taken seriously.

We struggled long and hard before coming to the conclusion that we needed to have a buffer between new members and established members.  We were simply having too many new members that were creating havoc and chaos.  The mods do their best to promote people as quickly as possilbe.  It's not hard to be selected, simply posting relavent posts, adhearing to the Attitude page, and treating others with simple respect is all that is required.
