I've never had an experience like that one, but I have fallen asleep during the come up on lsa before. Upon awakening two hours later, I was tripping hard, but it was one of the most peculiar feelings. It felt as if my mind was being probed or controlled by someone or something else, and I was having completely alien thought patterns that I was actively thinking, but involuntarily. Luckily I was able to go back to sleep as it was very unpleasant. Point being, lsa is capable of some bizarre mental effects. I've had experiences such as the one described above, and I've felt strong emotions that don't even exist in the regular realm of human experience. I definitely see how an experience such as your own is possible on lsa, especially when sleep is involved.
