I am here seeking knowledge. The process, the spirit molecule and the science that is behind it. Thank you for letting me join this site and I hope to learn a lot more and gain some experience that will forever better my life. So if you know any good places to begin my quest for knowledge behind this spirit molecule and the science behind it please let me know.

The DMT-Nexus wiki is a good place to start, as is browsing the threads here. We also have a chat function where you can ask questions (or just talk to others), but it is recommended to do some research first before asking too many questions. There are lots of interesting files also to be found here: The DMT Nexus - Files .
They may help you on your learning journey.

If you are going to extract, I highly recommend this thread: DMT Extraction Overview - FAQ - All your basic questions and answers - Welcome to the DMT-Nexus . After reading this you will have a better idea of what you are actually doing in each step of the extract. This way when things go wrong or not as planned you might be able to trouble shoot a bit better than if you are blindly following a recipe.

Do you know what ROA you will be going for yet? Vaporized or oral?

Good advice.

I am thinking about trying oral sometime soon. It doesn't come on as fast and can be less intense from what I hear. It can also be very intense too though!
 
IME oral is a much deeper experience than vaporized. If you find your sweet-spot dose-wise it can be very intense. I remember my peak from pharmahuasca, I was unable to contain my euphoria, I kept biting and screaming into my blanket to muffle the sounds so I wouldn't wake the neighbors...

But the essence is quite different. Vaporized dmt is strange and otherworldly while oral feels a lot more like understanding the mysteries of THIS world. At least to me. And they are far more mysterious than I would have guessed :)
 
So from what you have experienced from your travels which path would you recommend if it was your first time?

I don't recommend one over the other. Personally I tried vaporized first because it was easier to try at the time (5 minutes vs 1-4 hours...). If oral administration is what interests you most, there's no need to take detours IMO. If you're gonna try both anyway, do whatever is most convenient and feels right. There's no ONE way to do it.
