aluminum for pasturization

ok so i got some grain spawn and ive been wanting to do a bulk pasturization on some substrate and get some big piles goin' :want: the only potential problem is see is my biggest cookable container is aluumminum! does anyone have experience cooking substrate in aluminum containers? or know of a reason it would poison my spawn or something else wierd?

just avoid using acids or bases in an aluminum pot. oxidation will occur
