It sounds like you like most/all, are a rapidly evolving entity in terms of opinions and activities.  And like many here have had quite the history.  So, congratulations on entering into the world of successful extractions, fear and all, .

acacian gave you some spot on advice.  And yeah, after hundreds of journeys I still get the anxiety.
