Are there any cheaper alternatives to Geekvape Aegis solo?

Hi I want to know are there any cheaper alternatives to Geekvape aegis solo that have the potential to give you trip without burn any of your spice each time?

Is the mini v also good for DMT?
 
Anything with the AS chipset from Geekvape will work beautifully. I was using the old Geekvape Aegis 100w but the PWM on it was so bad that it was burning spice about as much as the sandwich method did so I sprung for the solo and haven't looked back. It's just so much more efficient. The wattage stabilizes very well right where it needs to be. The investment is worth it. Other than that, the e-mesh thread has a couple of mod suggestions, but really what you want is an accurate and stable temp control. The Geekvape AS chip set does just that. I know most of the newer GV mods use the AS chip. unfortunately, you may be hard pressed to find anything cheaper with that stable of a temp control.

If you are strapped for cash, buy whatever works for you! Then save and get the piece that you really want. Your first car probably wasn't a Cadillac!

I am a firm believer in buying exactly what I want when it comes to equipment, so I just bought an Aegis Legend 2 and a Wotofo Profile 1.5 as my replacement for a 2 year old Yocan Evolves, haven't got to test it yet, but I've got high hopes!

Ive found the mods will behave diferently with ...[differnt atomizers] and ..[different screens]...


Im using a WOTOFO profile with 316L screen atimizer with my .[VooPoo drag 2].. and for a while it wouldent work right at all/..always burning or underheating the spice..

I almost put it away.. till i found info online about mod setups that work and dont work.. with Direct E mesh..

I found this site hosted by ..Mintylove..personal reports on what works?..and found a report from an owner of a ...drag2...having success with EMesh setting the unit to ...........
[20 Watts...in..[ wattage only mode] so i set my ..drag2 ..to 20 watts and its working well !
no harshness or burning...and effective vapor!

you may want to try ..[changing your atomizer..or atomizer screen] or just using [wattage only mode] on your mod.. and change settings till you find the right one!
