Aug 6, Full moon ceremony! New Light!

I've always said that the secret to a good trip is spontaneity (with any substance). However there is something systematically ritualistic about D.M.T. So I decided to start developing a monthly ritual that takes place on every full moon, and on Aug 6 we had our first moon ceremony (Me, my girlfriend and my best friend). We integrated the use of crystals and fragrances thinking perhaps that they would aid us in being able to travel further in to the astral plane and maybe beyond. This however was not the case. We burned frankincense and amber resin while massaging lavender extract onto our third eyes, then lied down with an amethyst crystal lying over our third eye as well. All this and the power of the moon we thought would find us the next portal for sure! NOW HERE IS THE PROBLEM WITH DOING SPICE WITH YOUR GIRLFRIEND(unless she's you know what ;) Couples bicker at each other all the time right? Well even the slightest notion of a bicker or a nag or a bitch pre-transcendental, and I could literally feel myself being pulled back to reality from the d.m.t. world to try and resolve the tension between her and I, which wasn't much of anything at all. I could hear her voice in my head, it was like she was judging me about all the things I was seeing and experiencing. To tell the truth I sort of felt embarrassed in front of the elves because they were like "what are you doing here if you got other business somewhere else? Now the thing about crystals and fragrances and the moon and so on, I believe they only help to define the clarity of the experience. Colors are more vibrant, shapes are more complex and intricate but we never got any further because of it. Then I realized at the end of the trip that D.M.T. is kind of like James Bond getting a forged invitation to a high class dinner party for criminal masterminds, although the ticket can get him in the door its up to his intellect and his skills to get him all the way into the back room (where usually all the good shit happens at parties). So it is clear to me now that the answer to further exploration is with Yogic practice and the total release of all earth binding demons, such as FEAR, REMORSE and ATTACHMENT THE THE MATERIAL WORD. Only once one has truly relieved themselves of these conditions will they be able to fully project into further planes of dimensional consciousness. :d
 
Interesting, I've thought about hitching a psychedelic ride on lunar energy, and such. I wonder if, and how an experience would be affected by doing spice on say the summer solstice or the autumnal equinox...Ya, ditch all distractions no matter the attachment.
 
As a matter of fact my brother and I are planning a little getaway on September 22 for the equinox, probably in the country somewhere. Hopefully I can afford the electro vaporizer by then. Should be cool :d

Let us know if the stars all align and the dead come out to greet you lol but seriously, maybe the ancients were right about timing things. No one laughs at the Mayan's obsession with time, and celestial events. We won't know unless we find out for ourselves.
