Good day!

SWIM is planning another long overdue Aya session tonight. First time with white vine, the lucky thing. He was wondering if anyone has any musical recomendations? Something maybe fairly mild? Had shpongle last time which was OK, but a little heavy...

Anyone?

Thanks guys :)

Some of the best music i've heard on aya has been in my mind in complete darkness, but it is nice to listen to some good tunes for parts of the trip sometimes :d

tippers broken soul jamboree album is great, especially with quality headphones

anything by shulman or androcell is also epic

What you said about the head/entity music is indeed true. However I'm thinking more of the post-Dimitri craziness. The slow and beautiful last few hours :D

And excellent heads up, thanks! I have not heard of any of these artists, but am listening as we speak. Good call/s!

:D

for 3-6hr ayahuasca...depending on atmosphere&taste may i recommend: recordings of deep amazonian icaros (should be about on net, the ones in indigenous & spirit languages); really minimal ambient electronica without too much going on; anything with lots of singing that would ordinarily make u feel comforted or transcendent or similar; deep afro-carribean drumming; the sound of you or your companions making music(even if not a 'musician'); classical/flamenco acoustic guitar; sci-fi soundtracks and nature itself....

The icaros, I will definately try. However from what I have read, there are different icaros for different situations? I wouldnt want to get the wrong one (ie, to be embraced, only for an icaros to banish the benevolent spirits...)

Thank you very much, though, you have given me much to work with there! I will explore those avenues indeed. I am especially intrigued about trying to play music myself. Will have to see if I can pick up a guitar first
