Thanks for all the responses! I have a lot think about. HBWR was really amazing and consistently had stages where I would be profoundly moved. The last time I used it is too long to get into but was the most incredible thing I have ever experienced. I was wary about using chemical extraction but maybe I'll have to revisit.

I was thinking of using 3.5g rue/10g acacia for my trip. So I should probably expect the main effects to be like 3 or 4 hours?
