How do I get bark and the ingredients I need in the EU?

The attitude page seems down for me at the moment, however I don't think asking for sources of bark or anything except seeds and live plants is permitted, rather it's strongly discouraged.

EDIT: I think you should edit that now to avoid a strike or ban.
