Rising Star
Have been on the Nexus for a while and made a couple of posts - on swim's behalf. Still finding my way around. Here's swim - " It's been some time since my last experiences, which were enhanced leaf. Although I know what I mean when describing my experiences, it is becoming clear that the words themselves are not clear in explaining to someone else. Trying to describe an intense experience with words is not possible. I look back on those posts describing my dmt experiences and I see gibberish!
I have never had a negative dmt experience, and don't expect to have one, provided the dmt, any allies and the set and setting - which includes myself - is treated with respect. Preparation and safety are part of the process and thanks to all who have shared their experiences and observations on this forum on all matters.
My purposes for using are inner healing and exploration, inspiration and creativity. Other reasons now seem to appear, such as connectivity, inner cleansing (not just the physical purge from mhrb/rue, which fascinated me because in spite of all the physical discomfort, I was mentally and emotionally sound and grounded. This was a new experience for me. As a hypnotist, it is immensely useful to predetermine one's intentions beforehand and this has always had some positive influence on the outcome.
Like a prayer, asking for guidance, a suggestion or even induction has, at least for me proven useful.
That there are others sharing these kinds of experiences adds to their worth. The idea of a "WE" and "US" instead of just an "I" is a good one. There is indeed a great responsibility attached to these experiences and I am hesitant to even mention them to all but one or two close friends who share a similar path, so this forum is a great place just to read and share experiences from others as well as occasionally "let out" my own experiences.
Where do we go from here? Apart from there, that is!"
Well, enough about swim! A little about me. I am a musician and hypnotist. I love life and this world. I belive that most of the world (the "outside" world) isn't in too bad a shape, but could do with some improvement. The best way to do that is to improve myself and there is plenty of room for improvement!
I am working on a project which combines music, brainwave entrainment, and hypnotic story telling lyrics for entertainment and thereputic purposes. The posts here including the different kinds of music listened to have given many ideas. Thanks for that. Not sure if its a good thing to give the Nexus credit outside of here for influences and inspiration, but would certainly be happy to offer tracks to the Nexus where it has provided the inspiration. Gratis, of course.
Wasn't sure what i would put on this belated intro, but here it is.
Peace, Love and continued positive growth and success.
