Best usage of my toad venom

I have access to dried bufo toad venom, and was wondering what would be the best way to use it?

I´ve smoked it with a glass oil burner and a butane lighter, but it seems to me that it´s quite hard to control the dosage with that method.

I´m very keen on being more precise in estimating dosages, and was wondering if there was a better way? There is a very promising guide over at Erowid: link here, which explains in detail a very clever way of making vape pens with varying concentrations. Something that is highly important I´d say given that people's sensitivity can vary by up to 10x (according to some anecdotal evidence).

I assume though that you cant just load toad venom into a vape like is done with freebase 5-meo-dmt.

So any recommendations on how to consume this venom in the most controlled maner?

Should I do an extraction from the venom? Or is that not feasible?

Is an extraction from Anadenanthera colubrina seeds more feasible? As shown in this TEK?

An extraction would provide the most precise dosing, but it kind of negates the point of using the biological product.

The pen method looks quite promising for purified/synthetic material, but you probably don't want to do that with venom since it contains a variety of bufotoxins that could be quite harmful if inhaled in an e-juice type situation.

The "traditional" oil burner and torch method is probably the best bet, though a dab rig heated white hot would probably be pretty darn effective assuming a safe setting and a sitter.

Yopo (Anadenanthera colubrina) is a different thing altogether, bufotenine is 5-hydroxy-dimethyltryptamine, the toad venom contains is composed mostly of 5-methoxy-dimethyltryptamine, they are very different in their effects.

Ahh didn't realise this was for 5-ho-dmt, it's just what came up when I did a search for 5-meo-dmt extraction

I'll stick to glass oil pipes then for this one. But I'm looking into the concept of synthesising 5meo, doesn't seem to complex from what I see Hamilton doing:
