I would never use acetone. Too nasty smelling! I just use Rubbing alcohol and salt. My buddy uses epsom salt because it's big and coarse, but most any kind of salt will do.I've never had to soak using rubbing alcohol and salt. I cleaned my roomies bong in 20 mins and it was REALLY clogged up! Just use q-tips or pipe cleaners to scrape out all the tough stuff.
