Blending moving meditation forms, opinions?

Does anyone blend moving meditation forms?

By blend, I do not mean: I do yoga one day, then tai chi the next. I mean: Sometimes I will start with a yoga pose, then move into some slow tai chi, then liquid dance, then chi kung, all within a 10 minute or so period. ime, they are all very similar forms in the effect they have on my energy, they just move at different speeds... hell sometimes I'll even throw in a kata in the middle of it if it feels right... All of this is set to the tune of constant pranayama breath (no pause between inhale and exhale, full breath every time while altering speed to accompany need based on exertion level).

Thoughts or experiences to share?
 
After you have studied, practiced, and learned other methods, you will begin to develop your own that works best for you. You are going with the flow.
