blu lotus

does anyone have experience growing blue lotus from seed?

I have only grown nelumbo nucifera (sacred lotus) from seeds.
It's seeds are very hard and to scarificate it you have to use woodsmith tools.
they're making leaves at the moment and doesn't look hard to manage so far...
