Breakthrough,remembering to remember,it can't be remembered

Migrated topic.

I don't know if this will resonate with any others experiences, but I'd be interested to here if it does.

I'm usually left with quite clear memories of my trips,be they perceived as cosmic space journeys, cartoon fun-land tours, transportation to other planets, subatomic inward explorations, organic jungle adventures, even seeing my own thoughts being produced and emotions visually manifest, immence feelings of love,(and terror but only once in the early days)and much more.

As breathtakingly real as these places are, posing so many questions on the mystery of the mind,to some degree,I feel they are flavored by set, setting and the subconscious.

But sometimes something else happens, what to me I understand as a "breakthrough"

When this happens the concept of past present and future go out the window, all I am,and have ever known, becomes nothing but a one dimensional thought(which can be a little disconcerting)

And then I'm there, and the feeling is always the same,I'm in this familiar place that, defies description,I now remember I've been here many times before, but had forgotten, there's no memory of substance that can be bought back from here,as if it's all working on an entirely different set of rules that makes sense when there but can't be comprehended by our earthly minds.

The only memories I can return with,is that I always question should I be messing with this power, and the answer is conveyed back sure why not it's here for you to visit, but you can't take it home with you, thats the rules of the game, and even if you don't want to come back, you know you will, because it's impossible to remember how dauntingly different this place operates.

And the other thing I'm always reminded, but seem to always forget,is how extremely serious this DMT business can be.

One thing i do take from these journeys,is to really value my time here on earth.

Does this make any sense?

-Hi Spicegnosis
Sounds very familiar. Once I am there the idea that I could possible not remember the experience is ridiculous, but once I return I am unable to recall most of it. Upon repeat visits some of it comes back with me yet I always have such a difficult time integrating the experience to that of my day to day "reality". Most of the time I am confronted with the many armed spherical "entities" for lack of a better description. They seem to flick their arms about and also jiggle whenever I create vocal sounds "hum". The whole experience is very interactive and leaves me with more questions than answers. Anyways sorry I am ranting.

Hi Inner

Glad that sounded familiar.

There's another thread in the experiences section on the same topic, where others have described what I was trying to get at,better than I could.

I understand what you mean about more questions than answers, but to me thats part of what it's all about.

Thanks for the reply.

I once had a breakthrough where I didn't go anywhere. I know this sounds contradictory, but you're just going to have to trust that the room I found myself in was an exact replica of the room in which I had initially been in except for some air-bound creatures. All I could do while in there was cackle in a manner that can only be described as looped, but never reaching that lower spectrum of laughter. When I caught my breath after the laughter I could only say one thing over and over and over and over, as I looked around, completely bewildered, I repeated:

There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten There's so much I have forgotten

and this made me realize everything and nothing and in that I found the most all-encompassing bliss

^^ Great summary!

Does this make any sense?

It makes sense to me, and I've not been there in this life that I'm aware. It is like an insane itch in the centre of the skull. From this earthly perspective, you know it not by what is manifested but by what is not manifested. You see it only in the periphery. But it is with us - hasn't abandoned us entirely to this sometimes harrowing experience of flesh.

One thing i do take from these journeys,is to really value my time here on earth.

This resonates with me. It is the entire reason we are here.

on several occasions the entities have told me it is simply called "the remembering"...when we remember our true divinity...third eye activated, heart open to the infinite, enfolding LOVE...we get to feel what most people only feel when they die..i am grateful everytime, breakthrough or not!!!
