Hi,

after trying nasal administration and sublingual administration and sitting thru the BURN, holy F***, that hurt, I realized that the buccal area (the inner cheeks) is much less endowed with nerve endings and might offer a more reasonable method of administration. My last tek was STB producing straw colored trashy looking flakes with a very few crystalline sparkles, that melted into goo as I held the container from the warmth of my hand.

So, i took 50mg full spectrum harmala hcl crystals sublingual, and waited 5 minutes (should have waited longer). Then i took a swipe of the goo with my index finger and rubbed it along the inside of my inner cheek on both sides. I was aware of a mild burning sensation after a minute or two, but if the nasal pain was 10 on a 1 to 10 scale, this was about a 3. Totally tolerable and not a distraction from what was to come. But here's the surprise: compared to nasal administration the onset was much slower and the duration of action considerably longer, maybe on the order of 2 hours or so. After about 10 or 15 minutes I felt I wanted to go deeper so I took a second, smaller swipe and reapplied to both cheeks.

Did I mention that I have been suffering from a severe autoimmune inflammatory illness that has been eating away at may CNS for several years (residual from lyme disease supposedly), I was on $750 worth of supplements a month and would nose dive if I missed a dose?
