Its best for it to be inert and that isnt hard . The best candidates are lab glass and keramic . Maybe keramic as a sandwich with copper . With the copper sealed in or not open to air circulation .


We used to cook food in copper pans and boil drinking water in copper ketles . Nowadays we dont .
