Burning Bush Revelations?

SNSKS.

Rising Star
Hi all, I just read a Rick Strassmans latest book where he is comparing DMT breaktroughs with biblical revelations, such as Moses received the ten commandments from a burning bush..

Just wondering if simply burning mimosa rootbark or acacia confusa within a closed environment (hotbox which was compared to a tarbenacle), will have similar effect as vaping spice?

Burning directly probably not but maybe placed on some other leaves or charcles so the chrystal are releases within the smoke without being burned, curious to learn what the experts think about this quiite simple method?

I doubt that would work, though. You could get some effects but nowhere near vaping spice.
Burning Bush story is more of a metaphor. Most likely, they had some kind of technology to extract DMT.
Egypt is thousands of years old and most likely was advanced beyond our imagination.

From wiki:
Thus, according to Budge and others, chemistry derives from an Egyptian word khemein or khēmia,
"preparation of black powder", ultimately derived from the name khem, Egypt.

Benny Shannon (2008) Bibliocal Entheogens - A Speculative Hypothesis

A speculative hypothesis is presented according to which the ancient Israelite religion was associated with the use of entheogens (mind-altering plants used in sacramental contexts). The hypothesis is based on a new look at texts of the Old Testament pertaining to the life of Moses. The ideas entertained here were primarily based on the fact that in the arid areas of the Sinai peninsula and Southern Israel there grow two plants containing the same psychoactive molecules found in the plants from which the powerful Amazonian hallucinogenic brew Ayahuasca is prepared. The two plants are species of Acacia tree and the bush Peganum harmala. The hypothesis is corroborated by comparative experiential-phenomenological observations, linguistic considerations, exegesis of old Jewish texts and other ancient Mideastern traditions, anthropological lore, and ethnobotanical data.

This hypothesis were partially confirmed in this place in Egypt where they found Peganum harmala and Nymphaea together and they said

These signals were likely due to a mixture of one or more organic aromatic substances. Interestingly, the spectra showing the most intense peculiar peaks corresponds to single transparent orange spots (indicated by green arrows) suggesting the possible presence of isolated molecules.
