Can anyone relate to this for my peace of mind?

Last night I took a little pinch of spice and put it in a cigarette. I put my earphones in and chilled to some music for about 10 minutes.

I then took a few tokes and I had a strangely familiar experience which I'm sure someone could relate to.

I felt a pressure or crackle in my head and everything became a little distant. Shortly after my second toke I felt what I could describe a kundalini rising and then..........nothing.
I put my cigarette in my ash tray and just laid down and went to sleep.

I didn't want to break through or have a trip but I wanted to familiar myself with the onset and taste of smoking DMT as I have never done it before. My GVG is in the post and should be with me soon hence the cigarette :d

Can anyone relate to this?

Hi, I can relate your experience to my own first tries with my GVG very well. I even felt a little silly at first, well only now and in hindsight really, at the time I tried a number of smoking methods until I bit the bullet and got my GVG but............

I am still only dipping my toes in yet.... so let me know how you get on with your GVG, and your first experiences. Great to read about your travels.:thumb_up:

Make sure you make a screen out of ribbon type stainless mesh for your GVG... I bet you have read all the GVG threads..? but to get effecient, warm the screen before you add your spice, to spread it out thinly on the stainless threads. Depending on your spice and how much you heat it, it should taste almost nothing for white'ish crystals. Its easy to 'burn' it, and this can taste horrible.

You said its new to you to use DMT. Im sure you already know but, Get a nice comfy place where you wont be disturbed and you feel comfortable and indeed with whom perhaps. Get the head-space free of baggage (as much as can be done anyway), and in a safe and pleasant evironment. My own DMT education has been very slow and I only occassionally have the right space to travel. But good luck Luke Skywalker..... It's more important to get the 'set' and 'setting' righ than ANYTHING, my humble opinion anyway:thumb_up:

I also discovered changa, but for me the jury is still at lunch on that.
Also, I like to close my eyes after I toke vapped DMT and smoking a ciggy/DMT might cause me to drop the cig without noticing and cause a fire.....Be careful with that one Brother/Sister:wink:

My crystals aren't white but very pale in colour so i'm sure it won't taste too foul.

Yeah man I agree. I do it just before I lay down in bed at night. And put some tunes on (Carbon Based Lifeforms is just the ticket )

I would like to mess about with changa eventually. I have heard mixed stories about it.

With hindsight, I know your method of peeking in to be a very effective one.

I got antsy taking the dive and had differing intentions and long story short, got a pretty sharp ass kick of an ego death on my third 'try-out'. I suspect I was only getting 10-15mgs vaped on my first two tries, and then probably got 30+ on my third in one very fast single hit, which is enough for a true breakthrough if one's feet aren't very wet or one's prepared well for a day for the trip.

I ordered a GVG the next day and have never regretted the decision.

I feel your intentions going in were to expect nothing, which would be very astute of you =)

My first two tries were much like you describe here, except I saw a patterned, woven, living veil quite clearly. I like to think when the veil begins to part the first time is when one feels that kundalini rising sensation you mentioned, but for the first time with the realization that an infinite escalation is possible.

Chore Boy (copper scrubber). Grab one at your local grocery store in the cleaning section. Cut it to fit. There is a thread that gives the measurements if you want but I just cut it down a little at a time til it fit nice and snug. Your gonna LOVE your GVG...
