can someone explain the basiks of mimosa exstraktion?

I wonder what hapens with diferent acids and baces, and solvents. how does the diferent solvents and other chemicals change the end produkt (acetat, frebase and so on), and how pure or hvat impureties they pull.
what will acidic water pull and what will alkohol pull from the bark. I understand that it vill pull impureties of all kinds, but how big a problem will it be to smoke this krude extrakt? And that leads me to ask if I culd use things strait from my chitchen to extrakt and end up with something purer than the crude extakts/tea? so that I do not have to use controled or dangerus ckemicals.

Hope there is an easy whay to explain, I'm shure there is good reasons for all the dangerus acids and solvent ewery one use. and why no one just dryes out a mimosa tinture and smoke that?
