Can someone please tell me how to do the mini-AB cleaning method in detail?
I am making dmt using the STB method. I want to make dmt crystals that are as free from impurities as possible, so I want to use the mini-AB cleaning method. I looked it up on dmt Nexus, but the abbreviations were listed in a row and I didn't understand what they meant. Can someone please help me? I would be very grateful.

MIni A/B is basically just repeated transition of alkaloids between polar and non polar phases.

Dissolve your alkaloids from previous steps in little bit of acidic water, made it alkaline again and extract into some nonpolar solvent.

As you work with crude alkaloids only (plant material is no longer there), you do not need to work with a lot of liquids. This means that you can work with low volumes and small containers.
