Candidate for future interview

Elpo

Rising Star
Hi everyone,

I was watching this interview of Gabor Mate and thought to myself how interesting this person's answers are. I think it would be very interesting to interview him for one of the future Nexian E-zine. His honesty and knowledge on the subject are just inspiring.

I'm a big fan of Dr. Mate's work. His book is a very interesting read which I highly recommend taking to the time to sit down with.

Thanks a lot for the tip. I had seen the book on different sites, but never actually looked into it. Will put it on my "to read" list.

this is one of my favorites

I just spent my evening watching this lecture and I must say it is really astounding. It's very informative, but most of all very confrontational. Thanks a lot Jamie, now I'm even more convinced that he is a serious candidate for a future interview on the Nexian.

Just order'd that as a result of your post.

I look forward to reading it.

Yes I'm a big fan of this guy, saw a film based on his work "The Jungle Prescription" at the Aya conference, it was inspiring. Would be great to have him interviewed for the Nexian.

Another nice chap I met there who I think would be great to interview would be Bruce Parry. He is definitely "on the level" and has had all manner of interesting experiences, including some notable encounters with a variety of ethnobotanicals, all over the world.

Bruce Parry is an amazing guy! I met him randomly at Glade 2009 and he is definitely "on the level", as you put it ;)

Agreed. "Tribe: Adventures in a Changing World" is always a favorite when we have guests over and the pick up something to read from the coffee table.

Fascinating book!
