Can´t get fumaric acid, does citric acid work?

For some reason i thought they were the same but obviously not, now i have a bunch of xylene waiting to get pulled..

I guess i will have to do a mini A/B instead?

email a beverage company in ur area
say ur a small time brewer - for personal use - of wine and beer
say u heard about fumaric acid and how its quickly replacing the usage of citric acid
ask if you can get a sample

i did that and the next day they couriered me 2kg for free

Great idea thanks, i know a store nearby that sells "vine brewing kits and beer brewing kits" maybe they have some in stock.

I would really wan´t to get this today.

I usually buy loads of nitrous from them so they know i´m cool:lol:
