Changa dosage

So far I've been making changa with a ratio of 1:4. Rolling joints or smoking a pipe and slowly entering hyperspace. I'll sandwich some spice sometimes, but generally I take my time getting to where I want to be. My last batch was giving me problems. Something like heartburn or acid reflux. Electric Sheep. I think it must be the calea. Never happened until I added the calea.
Today I made a small test batch: 60mg waxy yellow spice, 60mg plain cappi leaf and 60 mg blue lotus. I plan on smoking from a bong and I plan to get as much in the chamber as possible and then inhale.

I want a strong experience (hopefully breakthrough), but I don't want to have a blackout. I want to remember what happens. I've red about people smoking too much and having no recall afterwards. The first time I smoked spice, it was 60 mg of white crystal, sandwiched between blue lotus. It was great. I know that cappi intensifies the experience, so should I lower the dosage? 30 or 40 mg? Or should I just go for the whole 60mg experience?

And: am I fooling myself into thinking I'll be able to take 180 mg of herb/spice smoke at once? I smoked cigarettes for years and quit without even trying after my last changa experience, so my lungs are probably still able to handle quite a bit of abuse.

Any input? Thanks.

p.s.- there is a lot of talk about "cones" in this thread. Is there an ansi standard fore cone size?

Hehehe Ahh cones...

Just use a base of 10x caapi leaf of leaf vine concentrate the lotus and a calea are really just ridiculous additives they add veryittle other then the thought that they are psychoactive, which they are but it's not rely an advantage to work with much additives with Changa unless your really exploring the vegetalismo alchemy that working with addatives can promote if proper insidious placed there. For the most part make it with chalipoonga enhanced 10x caapi leaf or vine and really work with it from there. If your really drawn to other additives you will do that.
Or you won't add them to the blend and instead will fast and drink a tea or eat the plant you want to work with... Addatives are mostly a spiritual science so to speak, in a funny way of putting it.

IME the caapi gives a grounding effect, gets you to the same place still. Id say make this blend and when ready to smoke it take it in 2 rips. First one to test the waters, then if comfy go for the second on. What would have been ideal is if you had used say 150-180mg spice for this changa, this way you could take your time with getting there, no need to go with full force right away when working with changa.

Im able to pull a 120mg bowl of changa in one slow rip, 180mg id need 2 rips forsure. If you have really huge lungs maybe youd be able to rip it in one go. No harm done if you take the dose in 2 rips.

I dont think that there is a standard(?) cone size, I have various bowl sizes for my bong, but I prefer it very small, enough for say 200mg changa. I will never load up soo much in one go, I like to take it easy when smoking it, like start with say a 50mg cone or 2, and then increase the dosage.

BTW, how are you smoking this changa? with a bong?

Easiest way to go is to just mix a gram of spice with a gram of 10x caapi leaf you end up with 2gms of Changa. I figure a tenth of a gram is a fairly good cone. Toke and as gam said test the waters.
