chat down? or is it just me?

I'm having problems with chat... i know this is an old thread but Chat was working fine the other day but then stopped all of a sudden - haven't been able to get it work since. Forum still works fine. Anyone else?

i think the chat server needs defragmentation. or something, ive seen the chat have some serious time delays and posting things i said in the wrong order.

dreamer042....sounds like a task that's running or an uninvited bot on the irc server....

If possible do a deep search for '05:05' on the OS partition...it may come up with something (although more likely going to be hidden inside a dll or script)

I already did and there is indeed a task runnng around that time but it mind boggles me that this would influence the chat. Also, it does not happen every time at 5:00 so it can still be coincidence.
