After settling and pulling off as much non-goo top layer extract as much I could, I added ~60mL of fresh EA. I don't think the goo itself could be more than ~15mL, more like <10mL maybe idk? Anyway the goo changed immediately, thickening and sticking to the bottom. It looks kind of like elmer's glue now. Again the syringe I was using kinda put too much pressure behind the fresh EA shot into it and the goo got kinda blasted on the bottom. Before settling a bit there was actually spiderweb like strands of the goo floating around.
