Super excited to see that my results could be replicated! That's exactly what my crystals looked like after trituration. The fresh solvent turned acidic for me, which leads me to believe that the goo contains excess citric acid, for whatever reason.

It's nice to see that the crystallization starts more quickly than I thought. I forgot about mine for over a week before checking again.
